Mood tracking, parent notes, and individual stats are never shared with coaches, managers, or other families. This is our core trust promise.
Common Questions
What if parents join mid-season?
When a family joins, their Activities tab auto-populates with the team's existing schedule. They won't feel like they're starting from scratch in week 4.
Do coaches get their own login?
Yes. Coaches can be added to the team account and log events for athletes on the roster. They cannot see individual mood tracking or parent notes.
Can one athlete be on multiple teams?
Yes. A family account can be linked to more than one team — useful for players on both a house league and a rep team.
What happens at the end of the season?
Every athlete finishes the season with their own personalized digital Memory Book — not a generic team photo book. Printed copies open for ordering at season end; team bulk ordering isn't built yet, so for now each family orders their own.
What does it cost?
The Team Plan is $499 CAD per season — about $33 per family. But the first 10 Founding Teams get it free for the entire 2026-27 season, plus their team named in the app credits.
Our roster isn't set until September — should we wait?
