Printed books
Optional softcover and hardcover ordering opens at the end of the season. Expect the price of a team photo package, not a coffee-table book — exact numbers are published before ordering opens, and the digital PDF is always included at no extra cost.
Team Plan
One price for the whole roster — about $33 per family. Covers every athlete on the roster for the season (up to 20). The team account itself is free; the plan covers your families. Only 10 Founding Team spots exist — those teams get the full 2026–27 season free, plus the manager dashboard, team feed, and their team named in the app credits.

Pricing Questions
It's free until December 1, 2026. So the $49.99 covers December to playoffs?
Yes — and everything from the fall stays in the same season. One pass covers the entire 2026–27 season, start to finish. You are not paying for half a book.
What happens on December 1, 2026 if I don't buy a pass?
Without a pass you keep everything you have captured but cannot add new games, practices, or photos to that season, or export its book, until you pick one up. Nothing is deleted, and seasons you have already paid for stay fully yours.
Does anything auto-renew?
No. Nothing auto-renews, ever. A Season Pass is a one-time purchase for one season, like the photo-day package. Each new season is a purchase you choose to make — never one we make for you.
Already bought a Season Pass and your team signs up for a Team Plan?
Your pass rolls to your next season — any athlete, any sport. A pass is never wasted. Family Passes already cover every team, so they don't need a credit.
Where do I buy a pass?
Season, Two-Season, and Family Passes are available in the app starting December 1, 2026. The Team Plan is set up here on the site, never in the app.
How much time does this take each week?
About three minutes per game. Tap the score and shot counts, or record a 30-second voice note on the drive home and let the app fill in the stats. Most families spend less time than they spend finding photos in the group chat.
Is mood tracking too much for a young kid?
It's optional and private. Most families use two taps: how they felt before and after. Coaches and other parents never see it. Skip it entirely and everything else still works.
What's included vs. the printed book?
Every Season Pass includes the full digital Memory Book as a PDF — you build it all season long. Printed softcover and hardcover copies are an optional add-on that opens at the end of the season.
